CPACE–Written

If you registered for the CPACE–Written, refer to the following information if you need assistance in confirming or modifying your registration.

If you have registered but have not yet scheduled your test appointment . . .

To confirm your registration status log in to your account or call Evaluation Systems at (866) 496-7314 or (916) 928-4048 if you have not received a registration confirmation or your Authorization to Test email within three business days of submitting your registration or if you have lost your Authorization to Test.

To withdraw your registration and receive a full refund, complete and submit a Withdrawal/Refund Request Form. Forms are available on this website; see "Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF)."

CPACE–Video

Confirming your CPACE–Video registration. If you registered for the CPACE–Video, a materials packet will be mailed to you after your registration has been processed. If you have not received a packet of materials within three weeks of submitting your registration, contact Evaluation Systems to verify your registration status.

Withdrawing your CPACE–Video registration. If you registered for the CPACE–Video, you may withdraw your registration by submitting a completed Withdrawal/Refund Request Form (see "Print Bulletin and Forms [PDF]"). The deadline for withdrawing your registration is 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on the registration/change deadline for the submission deadline for which you are registered.
