REQUESTING A SCORE VERIFICATION
The CPACE–Written multiple-choice questions are scored by computer using a process that is virtually error free. The score verification service for multiple-choice questions is not available.
All responses to constructed-response assignments and video-recorded responses are scored according to standardized procedures. Scorers with relevant professional backgrounds are oriented to these procedures and are carefully monitored during scoring sessions. As part of the scoring process, responses to constructed-response assignments and video-recorded responses are scored by multiple scorers. However, if you wish to have your responses to the constructed-response assignments from your CPACE–Written or your video response from your CPACE–Video reevaluated, you may request a score verification.
A request for score verification must be made in writing and must include your name, your
CPACE identification number, the last five digits of your Social Security number, the test date or submission
deadline, and the
CPACE Program
